When the Doctor was talking at one point, he kept being bitten by invisible fish. Was this addressed further or did I miss something? Something for the next series maybe?

They were biting him because he was talking when Abigail was singing.  That's why the boy kept telling him to shut up.   The fish liked the singing.  Cheesy

I didnt think of that, Dak. I thought there was something more to it than that. Maybe something that will be address later. You are probably right though

Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.

That's the only impression I had.  I thought they were just little fish (since that's all that was in the underground chamber).  Notice once the Doctor finally shut up he quit getting bit.    Cheesy

No, he started explaining to young Kazran that it wasn't the singing the fished liked, but that the singing resonated the ice crystals, yadda yadda yadda, then he gets bit.  Kazran tells him to shut up, but of course he doesn't and rambles on about that being how the machine controls the clouds, etc, and he gets bit again.  Kazran tells him to shut up again, and he finally does, and the fish quit biting him.
