Wouldn't put either among my favourites, but out of the two The Hungry Earth/Cold Blood wins it.

He is also vain, ego-centric and quite mad

Tooth & Claw - The only thing that spoiled it was David Tennant's ludicrous scottish accent. He should stick to mock-cockney! Hungry Earth/Cold Blood just didn't quite do it for me (though I loved MS in it)

One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine.

The Hungry Earth literally bored me almost to sleep... If it wasn't Doctor Who, I would've succumbed, because sleeping would be better than that.
Part Two? Just as poor.

Tooth & Claw - it has some iffy moments of cheese ie the red clad "monks" doing slo mo gymnastics at the start (totally looked like one of the old BBC indent ads) but DT & Billie were a hoot & Pauline Collins owned. Also kudos to the Scottish actors in the cast. Also - Jamie reference FTW!!
