I was going to call it the other day but just as I was about to it went back to being a tie - 10 votes each.

I still don't think we should coin toss for the final so how do people feel about it being a tie?

I think you should let it play out in that case. After all these weeks I don't think a tie would do it justice, but as you say a coin toss for the final isn't the way to go either. I say let it roll and regardless of how many more votes it gets, only count the next one and call it then. That way it doesnt go on for ages and the next vote either way will break the tie

Tossing a coin as you say does neither justice. I quite like the idea of a tie - it seems appropriate somehow. Cool

Yeah I'm cool with a tie for the same reason. I'll leave it a bit longer but if nothing changes I'll happily call it as one  Smiley

Do we have anyone who hasn't voted?
The thread seems to have gone idle, be nice to call a winner.

Quite funny that we have both the opener AND finale for series 5 as the finalists - I guess a lot of our members were first introduced in series 5 (this isn't a bad thing, btw  Grin)

Ok I'm calling it as nobody's voted for nearly a week.

We have a tie ladies & gents - The Eleventh Hour & The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang have 10 votes each.

I love both eps even though my vote went to TEH so I couldn't be happier with this result  Smiley

Here's some vids I found in tribute to these eps, hope you like them:

Well I'm happy for TEH, and to some extent TPO but I really didn't think much of the Big Bang. And they certainly wouldn't be my top 2 choices for the best episodes.

But a fun tournament!! Cheesy

hm, books? I think so... I've limited knowledge on 11 books, but for 9 and 10 yeah!

Perhaps we could do a 9 and 10 books one, ok, all of them, there might be less voting... *shrugs*

I for one can speak on some classics, but there are so many classic books I wouldn't know where to start...
