This is a good idea.  I am part of a writers group at work and have been so for about a year.  what I have learned in that time is that I enjoy editing, and am better at it, than I am at actually writing.  But like everything else, being an editor requires practice.  So, if anyone has anything that they would like another pair of eyes on, I am happy to help Smiley
