River sent 100 near naked Nazi's into the street running and screaming for their lives, yet nobody came to investigate

Hitler's gun was British. Not impossible, but unlikely

Hitler was in the midst of drumming up one of, if not the biggest war in all of history, yet there was only one person wandering the halls of his HQ and nobody came in to check what the noise was all about. Half a wall being smashed down, shouting, fighting and gunshots, but nobody checked in

Amelia was saying 32 minutes to live, for about 3 minutes
Best I could do this time, and very nitpicky

Maybe she's responsible for the times given for trains. They always do that.

A thought came to me while posting in another thread. Mels said she last regenerated as a toddler in New York, but that girl was at least 8

If River grew up as Mels, best friend to Amelia and knowing all about the Doctor etc, why didn't she know she was at Amy's house in TPO?

At one point where she is holding the gun to the Doctor, her finger isn't on the trigger so she wouldn't be able to shoot him anyway

Are we assuming Rory has a new old Mini, or at least has had it re-sprayed? I'm sure it was red in The Eleventh Hour.

There were lots of little bits in there that didn't really seem to make sense and were a bit inconsistent. I won't put them all down in here yet until I have rewatched to be sure, but I spotted a few

Mainly, that this is the first time we've had any inkling of the existence of Mels...I know she said she didn't do weddings, but to go by her schooldays, if there was anything exciting going on in Deadworth, sorry, Leadworth, like in 'The Eleventh Hour', she'd have turned up and driven a bus into the middle or it all or something. Unless the whole thing of her growing up with the Ponds represents an altered timeline...

I thought of the possibility that she'd been swallowed by the Crack or something, but that wouldn't make sense as River was around during that series. It's definitely awkward.

River's diary is different to the original one (BESIDES being new...) the spine is different.
|
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff.

This entire episode was one huge mistake. Sorry, just had to say it.
