This weeks NuWho entry to TIQ is the fourth series story, Turn Left. On the planet Shan Shen, Donna meets a fortune teller, who launches Donna into a world based on one question: "What would happen if Donna never met the Doctor?" Without the Doctor, the whole world is in ruin and a mysterious blonde woman tries to warn Donna of the oncoming darkness...
Turn Left was the eleventh episode of the fourth series of Doctor Who. It was the first Doctor-lite episode to focus on the main companion without the Doctor and marks the first main reappearance of Rose Tyler. It also showed that most of the companions that the Ninth Doctor and Tenth Doctor acquired would have died undoing the events that occurred after the Empress of the Racnoss' attack on London. Much of series 3 and 4's events set on present day Earth would still occur, but would have cost more lives without the Doctor's intervention. The Master would not have been present in his Harold Saxon persona as the Doctor would not have been alive to go to the year 100 trillion to allow him to escape the end of the universe. The next story will be posted on Wednesday September 11th

I tried to think of a reason why I shouldn't give this full marks, but I just couldn't think of one. The story is fantastic, the acting is great, the 'what if' scenarios that are set up are believable and awesome to watch and the whole thing just comes together brilliantly. And dare I say it, but this was all the better for having no Doctor in it.

Full marks. Absolutely. This story is one of the strongest in the strongest season we have had since the show returned. Perhaps ever. I absolutely love it.

So far, so good. Another 5 from me, keeping it at 100%.
This story absolutely rocked my world when I watched it. The writing was good, but the cast made it one of the most watchable stories since the show returned. I loved it then, I still do now!

I'm not one for breaking trends, so I have gone with a 5, too. For all the brilliant reasons listed above. I just think that the story is brilliant and I can't see any fault with it.

Love it. The last four episodes of this season are unbelievably strong and this one is perhaps my favourite. I've given it full marks.

I wanted to wait to actually watch this again before I commented this week because I love this episode so much.
I've just got to the credits and I'm already buzzing!

Well it was always going to get 5/5 from me. Absolutely love this story. Donna is just amazing (look at Catherine Tate showing off her acting chops, once again) and the callbacks to past stories/characters was just done so well, and not in a cheesy way (*cough* End of Time *cough*). One of my favourite episodes for sure. I wonder who voted 1/5? Would love to hear your thoughts

5/5 here. The idea behind this story was just fantastic by itself. Add on the amazing acting and good writing, and you get this masterpiece. I think this is Donna's best episode by quite a stretch.
